The Charitable Aims of Aspect Living

• To promote and provide well being support for the elderly and vulnerable people in the community to help prevent social isolation and enable people to live healthy independent lives in their own homes.
• The provision of a hot daily delivered meal service which incorporates a safe and well-being check on the person and their living environment.
• Home from hospital assistance, supporting older people on discharge from hospital.
• Working in collaboration with partners to help avoid hospital admissions/re-admissions and to provide support to enable a return to independent living.
