Aspect Living Team of Trustees

The 'Founder' of Aspect Living Foundation, Trustee and CEO of the Organisation who has successfully managed and operated the Suffolk Meals on Wheels service for over 3 years including successfully taking the Service through from funded to private in October 2013. Tess says 'The elderly are why we are all here today and believe that we should assist them to the best of our ability to stay Independent in their own homes.  The name ASPECT is more than just a name it has a strong meaning behind it which is what the Charity aims to operate by.

Sue Renaut is Personalisation and Partnerships Team Development Manager, working to support the older generation in Suffolk. Sue has 30 years’ experience within Suffolk County Council which also includes time as Meals commissioner.

Sarah Sharlott has nearly 30 years’ experience of working in older people’s services within the NHS and Social Care including time as a Meals commissioner for Suffolk County Council. Sarah has also set up and run two award-winning social enterprises and works within the national charity sector.

Joining the NHS initially working as a paramedic, Lee has gained experience across the health spectrum, incorporating the clinical operational setting, innovation landscape, central government and clinical commissioning groups. Lee lives in West Suffolk with his wife and daughter.

Lynn Kemp has 30 years of experience within the Co-Op in finance and purchase ledger manager for the East of England.
